Over the past three years, MEI has undergone an incredible transformation. We’ve grown to more than 2,500 employees across 30 locations nationwide, rebranded as MEI Industrial Solutions, and become a trusted partner to some of the world’s largest companies, supporting critical projects in data centers, semiconductor manufacturing, automotive, life sciences, aerospace and defense, and advanced manufacturing.
Today, I’m proud to share another important milestone in our journey: 26North Partners has signed a definitive agreement to acquire MEI Industrial Solutions from Olympus Partners.
This is an exciting next chapter for our company, our employees, and the clients we serve.
Why this matters
The industries we serve are growing and changing rapidly. Our clients are building larger, more complex facilities, often across multiple locations at once. Whether it’s the power and cooling infrastructure behind an AI data center, the precision equipment inside a semiconductor fabrication plant, or a production line in a new manufacturing facility, they depend on MEI to safely move, store, and install their most critical equipment.
We’ve built a national platform capable of supporting that work, and the opportunities ahead of us are significant.
